Koenigsegg® 3-D static-models

The initial design was drown by Christian von Koenigsegg in the early 1990's.

A 1:5 model of the car Mr. Crafoord made based on the ideas Christian brew up in his sketches.

The Industrial designer David Crafoord realised the sketches as a 1:5 scale model, which became the base for the very first scale static model of the comming Koenigsegg® CC-prototypes.

With lessons learnt from the CC prototype XX1, the shell model and prototype XX2, they would go on refining the shape, adhering to Christian’s and Crafoord’s philosophy of an efficient and minimalistic design approach, this 1:1 clay model was made at the old factory in Margretetorp, Skåne County in Sweden by fiberglass shell on a steel frame.

Later it was on display at the Motorseum in Simrishamn.
